The closing day of Cinema Galleggiante 2025 unfolded in a state of rare suspension.

Music and images flowed throughout the cloudy day, then, at the very last moment, the sky opened: a sudden clearing at sunset, bathing the floating cinema and its audience in an unexpected celestial light.

For a brief interval, a shared sense of calm emerged: fragile, powerful, unforgettable.

The final performances brought together Sofia Pozdniakova, Gabriele Tai, Fabio Pedroli, Matteo Nasini, Valeria Sturba, Laura Pante, Simone Carraro, and Emanuele Wiltsch Barberio, composing a sequence of sonic gestures attuned to the shifting atmosphere of the lagoon. Sound became a way of listening to place, weather, and presence, an acoustic extension of the landscape itself.

The closing of Cinema Galleggiante 2025 was not simply an ending, but a moment of collective resonance, one that continues to live on through memory, documentation, and shared experience.
